At FortyShillings, every item is printed to order. Your item is produced especially for you after you place your order.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. All prices and shipping charges are in US dollars.

Processing and delivery
Production normally takes a few business days. As a guide, please allow roughly 1 to 3 weeks in total for delivery in the United States and 2 to 4 weeks in Canada, including production. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If your order contains more than one item, the items may be produced and shipped separately and arrive on different days.

Delays
If we expect to dispatch your order later than we estimated, we will email you with a revised date and give you the choice to wait or to cancel for a full refund.

Shipping costs
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Taxes, duties and import fees (Canada)
Prices do not include Canadian taxes, customs duties or carrier fees unless shown at checkout. Orders delivered to Canada may be subject to GST/HST, provincial taxes, duties or brokerage fees charged on delivery by the carrier or customs authority. Any such charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will email tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow a short time for tracking to update.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay. If you notice an error, email shop@forty-shillings.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address. Orders returned or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a free replacement, and you may need to pay shipping again for us to resend them.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders
For damaged or incorrect items, follow the steps in our Refund Policy within 20 days of delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us with your order number and we will investigate with our production partner and the carrier.
